Alana is a principal associate in our finance practice and joined Eversheds in January 2015 from Allen & Overy LLP. Alana has a broad based experience acting for lenders and borrowers on a range of international financings including leveraged and acquisition financing, restructurings and investment grade financing. Alana has spent a period of time on secondment to the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance department at HSBC Bank plc in London where she advised on a range of leveraged and acquisition financings, project financings and emerging and mid market transactions. At her previous firm Alana also spent a period of time on secondment to Sydney and Singapore
