Abby is experienced in advising on behavioural competition law matters, including the compatibility of commercial agreements with competition law, information exchanges and competition law issues arising within the motor vehicle sector. Abby has devised training materials for and delivered training to key global clients.

Abby has advised companies who are the subject of an investigation by the competition authorities and has also worked on a number of commercial disputes that involve allegations concerning anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance.

Abby's recent experience includes working on a major European Commission cartel investigation; working on one of the largest ever stand-alone competition litigation cases defending a number of the world’s leading electrical/electronic equipment companies against allegations concerning competition law and the WEEE Regulations; and evaluating a bonus structure for a manufacturer for compliance with motor vehicle-specific legislation.
