Cameron Forsaith

Work Department
Cameron is a Senior Associate in Eversheds' disputes team based in London, and a member of the firm’s International Arbitration Group. He specialises in international arbitrations and cross-border disputes across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on the energy sector (including energy/industrial disputes) and the aviation sector. He is experienced in international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration, and English court litigation.
Outside of contentious proceedings he advises on the drafting and interpretation of dispute resolution clauses and cross-jurisdictional enforcement risk, claims under international investment law and investment structuring to access investment treaty protections, arbitration and conflict of laws issues, and questions of English law.
Cameron is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Australia, and holds undergraduate degrees in arts and law from the University of Queensland and a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge.
He has published articles on international arbitration and private international law in leading journals. Prior to joining Eversheds, he practiced in Australia with a leading Australasian firm, and completed a judicial associateship at the Supreme Court of Queensland.
