Lesley is a partner in our UK commercial practice. She has a broad range of experience in European and UK competition and state aid law and has represented clients before the OFT, the Competition Commission and the European Commission. Her areas of work include mergers, cartel investigations and behavioural matters. She  has particular expertise and experience in competition litigation.
 
She has been involved in a number of high profile cases including acting on behalf of Generics UK when it successfully defended its prosecution by the SFO for cartel conduct. Lesley has also acted for both Claimants and Defendants in relation to cartel damages claims and other competition related litigation in both the High Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

She has sector experience in media, pharmaceuticals, energy and financial services.

She is a former Chair of the Law Society’s European Group.
