AgustaWestland on a number of corporate acquisitions and joint ventures, including on the acquisition of the Defence Aviation Repair Agency.

SelexGalileo on a number of ongoing matters.

The British Airways Pension Schemes, including on BA’s merger with Iberia, BA’s acquisition of BMI and BA’s proposed slot securitisation funding.
