Sarah is an associate in our London pensions team, having joined Eversheds in 2015 from another international law firm where she trained and practised in London and Brussels.

Sarah has experience advising employers, trustees and providers on diverse pension issues, including:

• de-risking projects (in particular, a £210m+ buy-in of pensioner liabilities);
• corporate transactions and restructuring (including apportionment of section 75 debts);
• pension scheme mergers;
• benefit and compliance queries (for example in relation to equalisation, age discrimination and maternity policy); and
• the successful defence of complaints before the Pensions Ombudsman (with a particular interest in mitigating risks of pension liberation).

Sarah is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
