Paul is a senior associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Team. Paul specialises in dispute resolution, particularly in relation to financial services and pensions. He has dealt with a wide range of disputes, including claims for rectification, professional negligence and commercial disputes.

Paul’s experience in relation to pensions includes representative claims where directions are sought from the Court, advising both trustees and employers and advising in relation to both the Pensions Ombudsman and the Pensions Regulator.

Paul also has experience of advising UK based banks and fund managers in relation to complex litigation. His recent experience includes advising on an interest rate swap mis selling case as well as advising on a claim in relation to a failed investment. 

Paul is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
