Work Department
Lynde is a partner in our real estate group specialising in investment work for UK and overseas property investors and managing the assets of real estate funds. She has acted on many high value investment portfolio acquisitions, sales and fundings, often for joint venture vehicles involving complex structuring and tax issues.
Her recent transactions include the acquisition of 1 America Square and the ITN Building for overseas investors (each in excess of £100m) and the acquisition of a prestigious property in Knightsbridge for in excess of £200m. Lynde runs a team managing in excess of £1 billion properties.
Her clients include Catalyst Capital and substantial Middle Eastern and Irish investors, for which she acts on a broad range of real estate asset acquisition and management transactions.
