Agnes has extensive experience advising on complex rail projects (Brown and Green field) in the UK and International markets including advising on PPP structures for railway projects in Asia, North America and the Middle East, assisting Government Authorities in the development and implementation of procurement structures for the competitive tendering of rail projects, advising private sector clients on rail matters including advising on tenders to for rail projects (including advising on the procurement of Rolling Stock and associated maintenance and technical and spares supply agreements).
