Victoria is a principal associate in our employee incentives team in London. She advises on all aspects of cash and share based incentives for employees and non-executive directors. She advises on the design and drafting of employee incentive arrangements for listed, unlisted, public and private companies including all-employee tax advantaged share plans, discretionary cash or share incentive plans and other bespoke arrangements. She also advises on the implementation of those plans both in the UK and internationally. Victoria also advises companies on how to deal with employee incentive arrangements in the course of corporate transactions and advises on employment tax matters generally.
