Kate Hill is a principal associate in our Insurance and Reinsurance Group, specialising in insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution.
Kate is highly experienced in handling complex and high value insurance claims and coverage disputes. Kate specialises in defending professional negligence claims against brokers, as well as property damage, Directors and Officers insurance claims and coverage issues. Kate acts for corporate insureds, brokers and insurers.
Kate also advises on insurance operational and regulatory issues. Her experience in this area includes acting for the ABI and Flood re in relation to the creation of Flood Re, the not-for-profit flood reinsurance fund.
