Leith is an associate in our construction and engineering team, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious work for a range of clients across the real estate and financial services sectors.

Leith advises on the procurement and delivery of construction projects. Leith frequently advises on the drafting of building contracts (particularly the JCT forms), professional appointments, framework agreements, collateral warranties, novations, bonds and guarantees.

His recent experience includes advising a developer and a leading financial services company in relation to their respective multi-million pound portfolio of properties and preparing the relevant suite of construction documentation.

Leith joined Eversheds as a trainee and completed seats in corporate, banking, construction and undertook a combined corporate/commercial seat which was undertaken in one of Eversheds Middle East offices.

Prior to joining as a trainee, between December 2011 and May 2013, Leith worked as a legal advisor with the Eversheds associate office (The Law Firm of Mohammad Al-Dhabaan & Partners) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

He graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2008, before completing the LPC at BPP Law School in Manchester, in 2009.
