Emily is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution group.

She advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including High Court proceedings and other forms of dispute resolution.

Emily's recent experience includes:

• acting for five of the world's leading electrical/electronic equipment companies in relation to complex claims brought in the High Court alleging breaches of EU/UK competition law involving the WEEE Regulations; 
• advising a global subsea production company in relation to a number of contractual disputes relating to oil field projects; acting for an European football club defending debt claims involving substantial jurisdictional disputes; 
• advising a Gulf company in respect of ongoing contractual disputes arising out of a high-value international telecommunications project; 
• acting for an investment bank defending a High Court claim for repayment of monies, which settled upon mediation; 
• acting for a Czech company in recovering costs in the Supreme Court Costs Office following a successful arbitration Award.
