Richard is a Senior Associate in our employment law team. He advises clients on a full range of contentious, non-contentious and transactional employment law matters.

On the contentious side, Richard advises on unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims in the Employment Tribunal, as well as restrictive covenant and bonus litigation in the High Court.

On the non-contentious side, Richard advises on the employment law aspects of outsourcings, corporate and property transactions, as well as day-to-day advisory maters, such as hires and terminations, settlement agreements, HR policies and procedures, disciplinaries and grievances and restructuring exercises.

Richard graduated from Cambridge University and has completed client secondments to Citi, HSBC, John Lewis and Kroll.
