Temi is an English law qualified associate in the Eversheds Banking and Finance team. His practice areas cover a wide range of banking and finance and project finance transactions in which he has experience acting for borrowers, sponsors and funders, including advising governments, export credit agencies, commercial banks and multi-lateral/development finance institutions.

His experience includes managing banking and finance transactions of different sizes and complexities, drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, conditions precedent and coordinating successful signings and financial closes.

Temi has experience working across various jurisdictions, namely the United Kingdom, Kenya, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Finland, the Middle East, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. He also has experience in a number of business sectors, including infrastructure, transport, oil & gas, power, wind, real estate, telecommunications and media, hotels & leisure and consumer products.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Temi trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
