Andrew is a principal associate in our finance group and joined Eversheds LLP in November 2015 from CMS Cameron McKenna LLP.

Andrew has a broad based experience acting for lenders and borrowers on a range of international financings including leveraged and acquisition financing, restructurings and investment grade financing. Andrew has spent a period of time on secondment with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in London where he advised on a range of financings.
