Thomas is a senior associate in our corporate group specialising in international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate matters.

Thomas has a particular focus on corporate real estate transactions, advising on the setting up of both on and off shore joint ventures together with acquisitions and disposals of corporate structures holding both investment and development commercial and residential real estate.

Thomas’ experience includes acting for:

• a Middle Eastern consortium developing and disposing of a number of office blocks in the City of London;

• a US state pension fund backed developer on the acquisition of a SPV developing twin residential towers in Canary Wharf;

• a number of national house builders setting up a variety of both on shore and off shore joint venture structures for development projects within the UK;

• a New York listed recruitment company on its acquisition of a global jobs board;

• an ISDX listed independent publishing company on its public takeover by an international publishing giant; and

• a FTSE 250 transport company on the disposal of its UK based airport ground handling division.
