Freya is a Principal Associate in the Pensions group in our London office.

She advises trustees and companies on all aspects of pensions law.

Client experience

Freya's experience includes:

• advising trustees and employers on a wide range of pension issues, with a particular focus on DB schemes, including a large industry-wide pension scheme

• advising scheme closure exercises, rules consolidations, reviewing governance structures and processes, complex member complaints/queries and issues affecting schemes more generally

• completing a secondment to the in-house pensions team of a large corporate where she developed a solid understanding of navigating complex internal governance procedures, stakeholder management and, in particular, how to summarize complex legal issues in plain English

Presentations

Freya regularly presents at pension events, including our topical issues webinars and podcasts. She also contributes to articles and speedbriefs.
