Jason is an principal associate in our real estate litigation group. He has experience in a wide range of real estate litigation matters including dilapidations claims, disputed forfeiture actions and possession claims, boundary disputes and both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters.

Jason acts for a range of institutional investors (Legal & General, ESN, Catalyst), governmental bodies (TfL, LDA) as well as property companies and developers including Segro and Shaftesbury. He has acted on the reported cases of Hill and Welford v Transport for London on Limitation Act issues and Schilling -v- Canary Riverside Estate on service charge issues.  He was involved in securing delivery of the Olympic site and represents landlord of large parts of Central London

Jason is also a member of the Property Litigation Association who has presented seminars both in house to clients and surveyors and to CPD Foundation.
