Kathryn joined Eversheds as Head of Finance for International. In June 2009 was appointed Finance Director, becoming a member of the Senior Management Team, Board and Executive. Appointed COO in November 2015 Kathryn leads the firm’s Global Operations team dedicated to providing a global support service to the business, focussing on client service excellence.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Kathryn held a number of senior finance roles within the retail and telecommunications sector, specifically key positions at Marks and Spencer, Johnson Controls and British Telecom. Kathryn has particular expertise in M&A, business process re-engineering and change management.
