Kristina is a senior associate in our litigation and dispute management practice in London, specialising in construction and engineering disputes.

Kristina advises on all aspects of dispute avoidance and dispute management. She is experienced in litigation in a variety of courts, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and other forms of ADR.

She advises property owners, developers, contractors and consultants on domestic and international, single or multi-jurisdictional disputes across a range of industry sectors including infrastructure, energy, airports, roads, commercial and residential developments, hotels and private dwellings.

Kristina also has experience of advising clients in relation to health and safety investigations, prosecutions and claims.
