Sebastian is a partner in our corporate group and has extensive experience advising both private and public companies and financial institutions. His work covers a range of corporate issues with particular expertise in IPOs, secondary fund-raisings, M&A, including public company takeovers, and advising listed companies in relation to matters of corporate governance and their continuing obligations.

Sebastian is recognised in Chambers and Partners as “a known figure in the market for AIM IPOs and secondary offerings - his clients praise his performance on transactions”.

Sebastian’s recent work includes advising a UK technology company on its AIM IPO; a UK retail company on a fund-raising round led by a French VC group; a UK investment bank on the Main Market IPO of REIT; and an AIM company on its acquisition of another AIM company in the renewable energy sector.

Sebastian has had two key secondments: Investec’s Corporate Finance Group in 2004 and Citigroup’s ECM Legal Team in 2011.
