Dean is an associate in the London tax team. He joined from the PwC Private Business tax team which involved working across a broad range of tax issues with private businesses, their owners and associated investment activities. Dean undertakes a broad range of work within the tax team including advising on a range of corporate transactions and fund structuring.

Dean's recent experience includes advising a property fund on a restructuring and re-domiciliation; advising a UK listed investment trust company on an internal restructuring; advising on the establishment and investment structures of a range of corporate entities investing in renewable energy projects in the UK and internationally; advising a UK property authorised investment fund on various property acquisitions; generally advising a range of private equity investors on their portfolio acquisitions.
