Greg Hayes

Greg is an Associate in our Competition, EU and Regulatory team, which specialises in a wide range of competition law matters including behavioural competition work, such as investigations and competition compliance; merger control issues under domestic and EU competition law regimes; and the application of competition law to commercial agreements and trading practices.
Greg has previous experience working at the Financial Ombudsman Service as an Adjudicator and, more latterly, a Manager in the Payment Protection Insurance ("PPI") division. He has knowledge of a range of retail financial products in banking, insurance and investments together with related regulations and guidelines.
Greg also has a particular interest in the aviation sector, having undertaken a secondment with the in-house legal team at a major airport.
