Will Densham
Work Department
Will is the Head of the London and Cambridge Real Estate Litigation and Construction teams. His practice focuses on all types of real estate litigation which arises out of the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial real estate. He has been involved in some of the largest and highest profile disputes in this area of law.
Legal 500 said that "Practice head Will Densham is 'one of the few true experts on rights of light and rent review', and 'one of the country's top property litigators'. They also said that Will 'handles the complexities of large-scale litigation brilliantly'.
He has given lectures to Arbrix and Index and writes articles in the main trade press.
He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Westminster and City Property Association.
