Rachel is a principal associate in the Eversheds Company Commercial team in London. Rachel has specialist experience in outsourcing deals and other technology related transactions.

Rachel has a wide range of experience on working on technology deals including system development transactions, software licensing arrangements and e-commerce projects. In terms of outsourcing experience, Rachel has gained experience in advising on matters in the IT arena and has recently advised on a global outsourcing contract of IT application development and application management services. Rachel's role involved assessing bidder responses, negotiating and drafting the master services agreement and schedules, putting in place 21 local agreements with the customer's global business units and advising on ensuring a smooth transition from the incumbent suppliers. Rachel led the negotiations with the successful supplier for significant parts of the project and also ran the completion meeting.
