‘A well led, experienced team with a very commercial approach’, Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP provides a wide offering owing to its depth and breath of practitioners located in and beyond London, and is experienced in acting on major templated transformation projects, joint venture agreements, facilities management and goods and services contracts. Beyond established sector presence in aerospace, transport and real estate, the group has seen a notable increase in sport, media and entertainment, and automotive related matters, acting for a range of blue-chip clients on complex and regularly cross-border issues, the latter of which is an area of particular strength for team head Peter McCormack. Working closely with the real estate and property department, Kelly Holmes acts on a broad range of property management and facilities management contractual work for a number of FTSE100 companies and public bodies, while Tom Bridgford is the key contact to AstraZeneca. Both Agnes Koko and principal associate Edward Tompkin have broad practices, with the former’s largely concentrated on transport-related issues and the latter on large-scale international outsourcings.
