Brexit
The impact of Brexit will not be the same for all businesses. Our Brexit lawyers are working with a number of clients to help them with Brexit planning. We are helping them take steps to put themselves in the best possible position. For some clients, we have analysed the implications of Brexit on their business based on the different potential models of Brexit. We would be happy to discuss the potential implications of Brexit for your business too.

Contractual risk analysis and Brexit proofing - Guiding businesses through Brexit The UK’s momentous vote to leave the EU marks the dawn of an unprecedented period of uncertainty for business. Whilst the precise nature of the UK’s future relationship with the EU and the impact this will have on business and trading arrangements is currently unknown, it is generally agreed that there are five models for the future UK/EU trade structure post Brexit. The impact each of these models would have on business differs significantly. |
