Nicholas designs, tests and markets a range of training courses, briefings, conferences and invitation only round-tables which aim to help employers improve their understanding of their legal responsibilities. 

He works with government ministries and agencies, regulators, trade unions, think-tanks, academics and other leading experts to provide timely information for in-house lawyers, HR, health and safety and compliance professionals in particular.

Around 2,500 delegates attend these courses every year and they travel from across the UK and from abroad. He also designs in-house training. Formerly a publisher, he used to work for Thomson Reuters and ran Houghton Mifflin’s EMEA office for many years.
