Rory is an Associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team. He handles a broad range of banking, financial services and commercial litigation, as well as also having experience in pensions litigation. His recent experience includes: - acting for a large financial institution on a high profile civil case in relation to alleged breaches of the Quincecare duty arising from the fallout from a large-scale Ponzi scheme; - representing a leading private bank in relation to a complex third party disclosure order together with related freezing orders arising out of a large fraud; - acting for a corporate trustee in the context of claims arising in multiple jurisdictions following the insolvency of a bond issuer; and - advising a financial institution in relation to disputes involving investment advice and sale of financial products.
