Giles is a partner in our tax group and head of Indirect Taxes and Tax Dispute Resolution.
Giles advises on all aspects of VAT, customs duties and other indirect taxes and has particular expertise in litigation having acted for clients before the tax tribunals, Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the EU.
Giles is a CEDR trained mediator and has considerable experience in the mediation of tax disputes.
Giles regularly advises on the EU law aspects of VAT and indirect taxes and has acted for multinationals and private companies across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, TMT, hospitality and leisure as well as the government sector.
