Richard Batchelor
Work Department
Richard is an investment funds specialist and advises on the establishment, listing and reconstruction of investment funds both in the UK and in a wide variety of offshore financial centres. He is also involved in a broad range of derivatives, UK advisory and UK regulatory work in the asset management sector.
Richard’s recent investment funds experience includes acting for Henderson UK Shopping Centre Fund, advising Aros Capital Partners LLP on the launch of its Malta based hedge fund, and advising Highgate Investment Management LLP on the launch of its Cayman Islands hedge fund.
Richard advises the trustees of major pension schemes on a wide range of investment issues, including British Airways, J Sainsbury's, and T-Mobile.
