Simon Cloke is an experienced technology and communications lawyer in Eversheds Sutherland's commercial team and heads up the firm’s international telecoms subsector. Simon advises on a broad range of technology and telecommunications projects (including opens source software, outsourcings, equipment, networks, infrastructure and services agreements). He also regularly advises on the regulatory frameworks that govern the provision of communications equipment, networks and services.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland Simon worked for Skype in both their California and London offices advising the Skype for Business team. Simon has an LLM in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary University of London.
