Michaela undertakes a wide range of financial services work including establishing unit trusts and open-ended investment companies. She acts for fund management clients in all aspects of their regulated activities and product development as well as related corporate work. She has been involved in a number of mergers of authorised unit trusts conversions and restructuring into OEICs and schemes of unitisation.

She is lead author of the commentary on the 'Collective Investment Schemes Sourcebook' for Butterworths' Financial Regulation Service.
