Chris is a Principal Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London. He has a wide range of dispute resolution experience including contractual disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, IT and outsourcing disputes, and procurement disputes.

His recent work highlights include:

Advising a global group of energy and petrochemicals companies in relation to a multi-million pound dispute in the Commercial Court arising from environmental indemnities provided in an SPA;

Advising a national company in relation to a £401m indemnity claim notified by a contractor;

Advising a multi-national manufacturing company in relation to indemnity claims arising from claims in multiple jurisdictions, including Brazil, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and the United States;

Advising a global infrastructure, finance and media company in relation to a multi-million pound indemnity dispute with a service provider in relation to the transfer of its global IT services;

Obtaining worldwide freezing orders in the Commercial Court against defendants in various jurisdictions; and

Assisting a bidder to challenge the award of a government contract worth up to £1bn.

Chris is ranked as an “Associate to Watch” for Litigation in Chambers and Partners 2015 and 2016.
