Led from London by Carl Allen,  Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP has ‘robust experience in the restructuring landscape’, which it deploys to good effect on behalf banks, corporates and IPs across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Allen has taken the lead on a number of high-profile matters within the beleaguered energy sector and has become recognised as an expert in relation to the effective deployment of the “Supplier of Last Resort” regime. The team also continues to generate more cross-border instructions, with Alex Rogan, who ‘combines a razor sharp academic approach with commercial pragmatism’, particularly adept at utilising the English scheme of arrangement in the context of international restructurings.
