Jason is a newly qualified Associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations group.

Jason has experience advising well known financial institutions on a range of contentious and regulatory matters. He currently advises on section 75 CCA claims, professional negligence claims, debt recovery claims and enforcing personal guarantees on behalf of retail banks. He also has experience advising a SIPP on pension disputes.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Jason worked within retail banking at Alliance and Leicester, Santander and Yorkshire Building Society. He gained an extensive amount of experience working across a broad spectrum of business departments, including, sales, complaints, mortgage lending and branch controls.
