Louise is an experienced principal associate in our commercial dispute resolution team and specialises in environmental and chemicals dispute resolution and risk management.

Examples of recent matters include advising: a US company in a threatened multi-million indemnity claim following the sale of a manufacturing subsidiary; a manufacturing company facing a threatened group action environmental nuisance claim (odours/dust/noise); and a technology company on potential civil liabilities relating to solvents which have contaminated the groundwater below its site.

Due to Louise's particular expertise in chemicals matters, she advises clients on REACH, and has published articles and spoken at conferences on this subject.
