Nick is a senior associate in our core corporate team who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganisations for major corporate clients.

Nick has significant expertise in international work and spent over two years working for a large Australian law firm, where he acted on capital raisings (including an IPO) and mergers and acquisitions for a number of listed and unlisted Australian companies. Nick has also advised on a number of M&A transactions in Europe and South Africa.

- sale of RH Group to Kuehne & Nagel

- £64m sale of VSG Group to Compass Group plc
