Lee is an associate in our corporate group. He specialises in corporate transactional work including share and asset transfers, mergers and buy outs, private equity transactions, group reorganisations and matters of general company law compliance. His experience also extends to equity capital markets work, having acted on a number of fundraisings both primary and secondary. He has acted for a variety of clients and has particular experience of acting for large multinational corporates in both domestic and cross-border M&A.

His recent experience includes:

• Advising a consortium of certain BlackRock funds and Green Investment Bank on their £425 million acquisition of three UK onshore and offshore wind farms from Centrica and EIG.

• Acting for a US Private Equity House on its $200million acquisition of an e-commerce group located across 7 European and American jurisdictions.

• Advising and project managing on the reorganisation of a global pharmaceuticals company, involving twenty jurisdictions, with a book value of €285m

• Advising Inflexion Private Equity Partners on their £92m buyout of the Alcumus compliance advisory group

• Several multi-million pound transactions for a significant FTSE 100 listed PLC, involving jurisdictions such as Germany, America and Ireland.

• Acting on multiple purchases and securitisations of onshore windfarm and solar photovoltaic portfolios for one of the world's major international infrastructure funds.
