Michelle is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Real Estate Team.

Michelle is experienced in a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, general estate management issues, corporate support transactions and real estate finance matters.

Michelle acts for a variety of major corporate occupiers and private investors across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, retail, education and real estate sectors. Key clients include Euro Garages and Four Seasons Health Care Group.

Michelle’s recent work includes advising Euro Garages on their acquisition of over 170 service stations from Shell and Esso, a major debt refinance of their existing portfolio, the subsequent sale of a minority stake in the company to a private equity firm for an investment of £1.3bn, advising on Euro Garages general estate management issues for their portfolio of over 340 sites across the UK and on a number of acquisitions of new development sites conditional upon planning permission. Advising Four Seasons Health Care Group on its care home disposal programme and general estate management issues. Advising Epwin Group plc on the real estate aspects involved in their acquisition of Vannplastic Limited for £5.2m. Advising Fairpoint Group plc on the real estate aspects involved in their acquisition of Colemans-CTTS for an initial consideration of £9m. Advising Rowsley Ltd, a Singapore based real estate company, on the English law due diligence aspects of its £29.1m investment in three companies holding the assets of Hotel Football, a 133 room boutique hotel located adjacent to Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester and Café Football, a 120 seat restaurant in east London. Advising Euravia Engineering & Supply Co Limited on the real estate aspects of their disposal of Euravia to Magellan Aerospace Limited for approximately £30m.
