Adam is an associate in our construction team in Manchester. He specialises in non-contentious construction and engineering matters, including drafting and negotiating a wide variety of bespoke and standard form construction contracts and professional appointments.

He has experience in all forms of non-contentious transactions, including high value EPC contracts and commercial property development projects. He regularly advises employers, developers, contractors, funders and end-users.

Adam’s recent experience includes:

• Preparing and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments and ancillary documentation on a number of high value residential, commercial and mixed use development projects.
• Drafting and negotiating a £20m framework agreement for the supply of engineering plant and materials for a client in the utilities sector.
• Advising a contractor on an IPC contract in relation to a solar farm project, utilising the FIDIC Yellow Book form of contract.
