Lucie is an Associate in our core Corporate group with experience advising a wide range of clients in all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private) and equity capital markets.

Recent career highlights include advising Euro Garages on its £1.3 billion sale to Optima Bidco (Jersey) Limited and the introduction of TDR Capital as a minority shareholder; and acting for NCC Group plc on its €133.25 million acquisition of Fox-IT and related £126 million fundraising.

Lucie has completed a number of secondments during her time at Eversheds, including to clients Manchester United Football Club and Princes Limited and also to our Paris office where she spent 6 months assisting our International Arbitration group.

She was awarded Trainee Solicitor of the Year by Manchester Law Society in 2015.
