Andrew is an Associate in our Real Estate Practice Group. Andrew specialises in acting for developers in relation to large scale development and regeneration projects and investors in respect of acquisitions, disposals and lettings of schemes including shopping centres, industrial estates/offices and mixed use schemes.

Andrew also undertakes transactional work for major corporates including freehold acquisitions and disposals and commercial landlord and tenant work where he advises both landlords and tenants. Andrew also regularly deals with general portfolio management issues and corporate support work. Andrew has experience acting for clients across a variety of sectors including healthcare, retail and chemical.

Andrew’s recent experience includes:

• advising a developer on a multi-million pound forward funding PRS scheme including reporting on the various title and due diligence matters and negotiation of various third party documents

• advising on a variety of development transactions, from land assembly through to final disposal and site exit for a number of clients

• acting on behalf of a client on the acquisition of a multi-million pound, multi-property acquisition of a number of shopping centres across the UK

• principal UK real estate advisor to Tyco/ADT. Involved in managing, supporting and advising on both the day to day running, as well as the consolidation of, Tyco’s UK and European property portfolios

• advising on the relocation of an international security company’s main UK distribution centre

Key clients include Lucent, MUSE, Tyco, INEOS, Essar, Four Seasons, Booker and Makro.
