Richard is a senior associate in our corporate group. He advises on all aspects of corporate law, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (both public and private) and equity capital markets.

He has significant experience in major domestic and cross border transactions, in sectors including energy and natural resources, TMT, real estate, financial institutions, automotive, health and consumer. Having practised in London and Sydney, Richard has significant international experience.

His recent experience includes: advising Euro Garages on its £1.3 billion sale to Optima Bidco (Jersey) Limited and the introduction of TDR Capital as a minority shareholder; acting for NCC Group on its €133.25 million acquisition of Fox-IT and related £126 million fundraising; advising Rowsley on its investment in a £200 million landmark property project in central Manchester with former Manchester United football stars Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs; acting for NCC Group on its £55 million acquisition of Accumuli by way of a scheme of arrangement; and advising Torotrak on its £13.8 million placing and open offer.
