Steve is an Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Management Practice Group, based in Manchester.

Steve acts in all aspects of property related disputes including: dilapidations; rent reviews; lease renewals; lease terminations; nuisance; professional negligence; recovery of rent and service charge arrears; possession proceedings and securing anti-social behaviour injunctions.

Steve acts for a wide range of clients including landlords, tenants, developers and insolvency practitioners in insolvency related property disputes.

Steve can provide tailored, practical training to both internal and external teams on a range of property related issues.

Steve qualified in 2012 having trained with Eversheds, completing seats in the Manchester office in Real Estate, Real Estate Litigation and Employment. Steve also spent six months on secondment at Eversheds' Shanghai office in the corporate department.
