Dave is a Senior Chartered Legal Executive in our Real Estate Practice Group.

He acts for national and regional house builders, housing associations, portfolio owners and investor buyers/sellers and specialises in site acquisitions, site set up and sale of development plots (apartments/houses/mixed), infrastructure agreements and drafting site specific documentation such as residential leases, shared ownership leases, contracts and transfers.

Dave is Head of Development Plot Sales and supervises a team of conveyancers dealing with large volume plot sales for developers and housing associations. The team also deals with right to buy, right to acquire and staircasing.
