Chantal is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group, specialising in Financial Services Dispute Resolution.

She primarily advises banks and other financial institutions on financial services related disputes and financial services regulatory matters.

Chantal has experience of handling a range of contentious and regulatory issues including breach of mandate claims, debt recovery disputes, breach of contract and enforcement pursuant to the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Chantal spent 6 months on secondment to the litigation and regulatory team at a major retail bank.
