Chris is an associate in our real estate group specialising in planning law.

Chris carries a varied caseload covering all aspects of property, planning and highways law.

Chris’ recent experience includes acting for a major developer on a number of schemes in the North West negotiating with various local planning authorities on the Section 106 Agreements in relation to large residential developments.

Chris’ recent experience also includes; providing technical advice on local planning authorities' enforcement powers; advising on the discharge of planning conditions; submitting representations on behalf of a developer to prevent the Council from making an unfavourable decision at committee; acting for a developer in relation to a national infrastructure project.
