Sarah is a Senior Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group based in our Manchester office.

She has experience of a broad range of commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, breaches of restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes and warranty claims. Sarah has assisted clients in obtaining injunctive relief (including under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997), relief via Part 8 as well as Part 7 proceedings and in managing a large number of claims issued concurrently.

As well as dealing with Court proceedings on behalf of clients, Sarah is frequently instructed in an advisory capacity by clients wishing to understand their rights and/or potential risks under contracts, seeking to exit unfavourable agreements or requiring a strategy to deal with the actions, or omissions, of a counterparty.

Sarah was awarded Lawyer of the Year at the Made in Manchester Awards in 2018.
